All Wholesale orders that are received by 1pm Pacific Time will be shipped the same day – most orders arrive via FedEx Ground within 3-5 working days.

We honor & administer the warranties of ALL the manufacturers that we stock. Just call Customer Service to resolve any issue.

Returns are only permitted with a Return Goods Authorization.

We handle your warranty issues easily & quickly since we ARE Authorized Distributors for all the brands we carry. This can be fairly important with the biggest manufacturers like RainBird, Toro, Irritrol, Hunter, Febco, Wilkins, etc.

At this time ALL Wholesale orders are FREE FREIGHT (continental U.S)
For the smallest orders we may need to let you know there can be a handling charge of $10 for the order - This can be waived for regular contractor customers who order normal wholesale quantities.

We ship using FedEx Ground free of charge. However, orders under $50 require a nominal handling charge of $10 to cover the cost of breaking quantity boxes and building new boxes for your order. Orders above $50 will have the handling charge waived. Orders placed by 1:00PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00PM will go out the next day.

Order at least two (2) days ahead to insure you get your sod as planned. We can work faster if you call us, but better to be safe for busier Saturdays.
